

P3 Protector Male Course at Last Resort Guns, July 11th, 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch
The Protector Males Course is designed to help men develop the mindset, awareness, and practical skills needed to protect those within their sphere of influence. Students will learn how to recognize threats, manage stress under pressure, and make sound decisions in rapidly evolving situations while developing the confidence to lead and protect their families and communities.
This hands-on course covers situational awareness, family protection strategies, improvised weapons, vehicle defense considerations, weapon retention and disarms, close-quarters defensive tactics, legal considerations, and practical techniques for responding to real-world threats. More than a self-defense class, this course is about developing capable protectors who are prepared to step forward when others need them most.
About the Instructor: Brad Meng is a Husband, Father, Warrior, and a Chaplain under the IFOC and the ICPC. He retired after 27 years in Law Enforcement, 2 as a local police officer and 25 years as a United States Federal Marshal, and now volunteers as a first responder chaplain. During his career he assisted in arresting hundreds of fugitives, was a Federal Firearms Instructor, a Less-than-Lethal Instructor, a Taser Instructor and had numerous other collateral duties. He also teaches Woman’s Self-Defense and Military Close Quarters Combat. Mr. Meng has over 45 years in the martial arts with multiple black belts in different styles, the highest being a 7th degree in the Bujinkan obtained in Japan in 2018 and runs the Teisatsu Dojo. Mr. Meng has degrees from University of Wisconsin Whitewater and Wartburg Seminary. While in college UW-Whitewater Mr. Meng was an EMT for four years and became a PADI Divemaster. He has been married to his wife Sue for almost thirty years and they have one bright and rebellious teenage daughter.
