Josh is the current Director of Training and an instructor for P3 Training.
Josh is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a member of the Army Rugby and Army Pistol Team. Following graduation, Josh commissioned as an Infantry Officer and served in positions to include Rifle Platoon Leader, Mortar Platoon Leader, Infantry Company Commander, and a Senior Infantry Observer/Coach-Trainer (OC/T). As a Senior Infantry OC/T, Josh developed a passion for teaching tactics from the individual through Company level, having trained over 6,000 Soldiers to deploy in support of contingency and combat operations around the world.
Josh has been shooting competitively for over 12 years, competing in the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA), Steel Challenge, and Outlaw 2-Gun from the local to national level. Josh has advised and trained with multiple law enforcement and military entities to include but not limited to El Paso County Sheriff SWAT, Maricopa County Sheriff SWAT, Phoenix Police SAU, U.S. Border Patrol BORTAC, NSW, and USASOC.
